Grill and Latch Components V70-XC70 1999

Someone hit the front of my wife's 99 XC. A parking lot hit and run. Don't you just love it!

They tore the grey bumper cover (at the top center of the bumper), broke the safety hood latch mechanism (the lower plastic handle/lever and the plastic retaining clip at the top of the rod), and broke some of the plastic pins that hold the grill in place. Also, they bent the lower part of the hood that goes below the grill. I was able to straighten the hood to an "acceptable" shape.

Where would be a good source for the parts for the latch mechanism, and the pins/retaining clips for the grill?

Also, is the grey plastic bumper cover replaceable, or is it part of a bumper assembly? The car is metallic green (emerald ?).

The grey plastic bumper cover is shown as part of the entire bumper cover (#9190037)...looks like it is one piece.

Check the salvage yards in your area. If you didn't throw away the little plastic pins for the grill, get some plastic weld and glue them back on and wait 24hrs before re-installing grill. Call the dealer and ask for prices, that will give you something to compare to Ebay stuff(plus shipping).
