Rear 'thunk' 850 1996

I hear a sound - I think it's from the rear - a kind of "thunk" when I reverse hard right. Usually only happens once - first time car is used in the morning usually. Any thoughts on what this might be?

    One of the rubber cusions at the top of the rear springs/struts needs replacing, along with the shock. Do both sides.
