oil seperator lines and no go blower motor 850

I have an 94 850 turbo wagon, the oil seperator lines need to be replaced, does the intake manifold need to come off?

Also, the heater blower motor does not always come on, I checked the fuses and they are okay, any one else have this problem?

Blower motor - I've had this problem intermittently due to loose/corroded connections to the motor and/or dirty brushes - I've kept the same motor running for over 2 years now by cleaning everything a couple of times a year. You can tell if this is your problem by removing the kick plate under the glovebox and wiggling the connections to the motor itself (set speed on high or climate control on). In my case when dirty the motor will start and stop.
