What the outer belt length I should use if I need to bypass the AC compressor ? I have a 1993 Volvo 960 and the compressor is bad. I am thinking of bypassing it altogether. Please help. --suji

    This issue was just addressed on BB, I got a short belt for my 850 from IPD

    You will see the 850 belt and a picture of how to route it.

    You should be able to find the correct belt for your car.
