Leaking Exhaust Manifold 850 1995

118k miles, seems to be leaking at the lower end of where the 5 pipes merge. I haven't found much info with a search, although I seem to remember reading that this is fairly common. Has anyone tried a weld patch? Muffler epoxy (joke, almost)? Best to replace it with a new one? What source? I can do the replacement if it is straight forward, but if I'm certain to run into broken exhaust studs, then I'd rather have an indy do it. Will the heat shield bolts be removeable or will they break?
All comments appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. How long has it been since the weld? The indy I talked to said it's usually a stress crack and they have tried welding but the weld eventually cracks. Also said the replacement manifold has been redesigned.

Did you have to remove the top motor mount assembly to get room to remove the manifold?
