Volvo still hasn't published EPA estimates yet, so I was wondering wether any owners had any real numbers to use? Of course, at the very least it will depend on the engine and transmission chosen.
I;m particularly interested in the AWD with the six speed manual transmission. Thanks.

    gas milage should be the least of your worries. The damn things don't start!!
    I've had tons dead in the sales lot!! Usually faulty ignition switch, volvo has come out with a different part number which is supposed to be better. Also throws a code for the occupant weight sensor.

    I'll be interested to see if you ever find one to drive. I'm not having any luck.

        Of course, if the one or two Bricksters who actually own one of these cars would post real world MPGs, it would be greatly appreciated.

          Just rolled 7500 miles on my 2.4i. With a Thule bike rack on the factory rails, and mostly an easy foot, my mpg around town and country roads has been ~ 27 mpg with 89 octane. My average speed since taking delivery has been 33 mph. Starts every time.

          Taking a while for me to get used to the limited visibility compared to the ol' 945.
