Dripping oil drain plug 850 1996

After my most recent oil change, the drain plug on Arabella, our 96 850, is dripping a little, just enough to make 6 inch oil circles on the driveway. I tried loosening and then retightening the drain plug - makes no difference. I can't find any crush washer that fell off - is there one?

Yes, there should be an aluminum washer inbetween the
pan and your drain plug. go to the dealer and pick one
up or go to fcp groton - they have them for 20 cents
each - technically, I believe you are supposed to use
a new one at each oil change.

You definitely want to get a washer on there or it's going
    to leak for sure.
