No start, fuel to rail but all injectors won't open 850 1993

CAr was sitting in zMaine for a week. Would not start upon return. Have placed in heated garage. There is pressure at the fuel rail but the plugs are clean, no fuel getting in. All injectors are not clicking.

A1, A2, And A3 sockets have been tested. Before pushing the test button am getting a glow in the test light, strongest on A2. Can't get any codes out of a@ but multiple codes in all other sockets, esp A3.

Also something else strange. The cooling fan comes on with key on, goes to stage 2 but the radiator is cold.

What phantoms doth I deal with?

Sounds like it's the FUEL SYSTEM RELAY (sometimes called the fuel injectors relay)located on the fan shroud, the grey one $20 approx. There's 2 wires going to the injectors, check with a voltmeter if you have 12.6 Volt (i,e: battery voltage) on either wire of all injectors. If there's no voltage present, the relay should be the culprit. The same relay will supply the battery voltage to the evaporator valve, to the idle air control valve, mass airflow sensor, to the oxygen sensors & EGR converter. You can check if there's some voltage on those too to confirm.
