Hi!!

Just had a bulb in the computer display fail (the one to the right if it makes a difference!).

I remember somewhere being told that the entire dashboard or atleast the top half has to be removed to replace bulbs.

After changing the evaporator on my 855, seems a lot of work for a bulb!!

Can it be done without dash removal?

70's are a lot easier than 850's. Try Volvospeed.com. The vents on the 70s just pull straight out to get to the screws.

Unfortunately the dash will have to come off. But its not that bad a job really, although i would replace all bulbs at the same time.
