Who has delaminating or bubbling vinyl door panels? V70-XC70 1999

My wife's V70 has one door with the infamous delaminating. Volvo NA refuses to help with the cost of the replacement panels. Can any of you who have had the same problem respond with some information? I don't want to pry for your personal information, but could you write:

Volvo model and year
Which door or doors delaminated
When you first observed the problem
What state you are located in

Did anyone get support from Volvo AFTER your warrenty expired? If you want to email me, please write to moranga at canufly dot net. Thank you.
