AC rattle noise 850

Hi,
Where or which could be the problem w.c makes an annoying rattle noise (metal) when i switch on the AC? i am concerned prolong use may make additional damage although AC blows cold air and AC belt is still tight? Noise makes it presence felt when car has been used for a at least an hour or stuck in stop and go traffic otherwise car runs great. By the way are there any mechanical parts in the AC/idler system that needs lubrication w/lithium grease or WD40?

Could just be a little low on PAG oil. Pick up a small can of PAG 100 at PepBoys and put it in the system to see if that shuts it up.
