i have a 94 850 automatic non turbo. i have a check engien light on and i need to know how to check for a code and what each code means, i found a website from a google seach that showed me a full diagram on how to do it, but i cant find it anymore.. i need help quick i am tired of this light and its been on for about 2years almost.

      naw not selling just want to get the light off, its actually my uncles car that i work on and now i am getting all the issues out of it so he can give it to his son next year. but that volvo speed site helped a lot i now have the info needed to complete my task

    I am assuming you know where the unit is. Best bet is to buy the Haines manual for Volvo. Otherwise try this website http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/850_70_fault_codes.htm
