Help, front bearing hub replacement, can not loosen the axle from the hub 850

"Cannot loosen the axle from the hub" I take it you mean you have the nut off and you can't get the axel splines loose from the center of the hub, right? If this is your issue you can try a couple of things. Make use you have a new axle nut, put the old one back on most of the way, get a good sized sledge hammer ( a brass or lead one would be nice here) and make like John Henry. Drive that rusty piece of crap back through. Myself, I have a tool made for doing just this. It is an OTC tool, it bolts down to the hub via the lug bolts and positions a threaded shaft right over the axle. With it bolted down tight take a 1/2" air gun and run the shaft down. Guaranteed it will pop the axle out and not damage anything. http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/OTC-7208A.html

You will need a good quality 36 mm socket and a 3/4" breaker bar so you can stand on it while the wheel is on the car, on the ground, and the brakes are applied so you don't roll the car.
Other than that, a very good quality high torque impact wrench will do the job as well.
