Rear bumper protector V70-XC70 1998

Anyone know where I can get one of these rubber rear bumper protectors, as shown in the photos in this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4523268256&category=6464

Is is a Volvo part, or aftermarket, or possibly even home-made? Something like this would be great to cover up all the scratches on my bumper, and protect it from new ones. Thanks.

Looking at the pic closely, it appears that the rubber is seamed near the left side...clearly not a factory accessory, although I understand there IS a factory bumper cover that can be purchased for his car.

Also that particular car has been up on ebay several times!! Must be the color! Is that a factory volvo color or just some knucklehead gone WILD with an HVLP gun?

Why would some one bid $10K for a buy-it-now price of $9.5???? A little glue and a rubber mat cut to size is all a bumper needs.

i also have a 98'v70. i've noticed some minivans and taurus wagons have the same type of thing.the factory one that i've seen only covers the middle portion.the idea that it was painted to begin with is rather absurd now isn't it?
