My '93 850 GLT (non-turbo) has 155K miles. I have oil leaking from the rear main seal area. My swedish mechanic suggested that we try working in the intake manifold area taking care all the things that could cause the crankcase not to breathe properly. He did this, but it is still leaking about as much. The car is otherwise in good shape. Should I endure the huge expense of a rear main seal replacement or does anyone have a better and hopefully cheaper solution. Thanks!!
