Programming a remote V70-XC70 1998

Can I get instructions to program a keyless remote fob for a 1998 V70 T5, or does the dealer have to do it?

Not necessarily the dealer, but someone with AutoDiagnos or a VST (Volvo Scan Tool). You have to get your VGLA pin number to basically "add" remote keys. The 98 70 series are the only models, prior to 99 and the debut of VADIS, that requires this procedure.
