Horn contacts - red tabs. Can they be purchased?

I remember a while ago someone posting that they were in the process of making the red plastic horn contacts as volvo offer only a steering wheel replacement as a fix for the no horn problem.

Anyone know if they are available yet, and from where?

    Alternatively, I fixed mine by using epoxy glue. In my case the red plastic part was broken so that it would not stay in place but was still insulated from the part it attached to, so gluing in place worked (3 years so far).
