Seat belts 850 1995

seat belts do not retract back all the way - how do I increase rewind tension to get them to retract fully

    This happened in both of my cars. I just shot The metal rod's bearing area with silicon lubricant with the belt pulled all of the way out. Gets dirty in there. Not like new, but better.
