replace pulleys ? 850

My 94 855T has 145K on it and needs a new timing belt.
I am replacing the tensioner also.
Should i replace the idler pulley and the tensioner pulley ?

    The big kids use an auto stethoscope ,put it against the pulley and listen for a grinding sound .
    maybe you can do the same with a big screwdriver
