Passneger window problem S60 2001

I hope some one might be able to point me toward a self fix on this. My passneger window only moves down and up about 1 inch from the fully closed position. It was working just fine and it suddenly had this issue. All otehr windows are just fine and operate normally.

I'm ready to tear into the door, but want to make sure this is the place to start.

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice/ direction on this.

    That is the place to start. If you have children, look for popsicle sticks, etc. If you don't, look for loose felt in the groove. Something is causing the window to bind.
