Does anyone know how to set the automatic volume control in the SC816 unit? I was told that the SC-816 has the ability to automatically adjust the volume up or down while you are driving or at a stop. Please list the instructions here if you have them.

Lawren:

The ASC feature is turned on and off by pushing the CD button for 5 seconds. Hold down the CD key until "ASC" appears in the display. When it is set, the volume of your CD should rise and fall slightly with vehicle speed.

This feature seems to work on my 1998 S70 T5, but not on my 2000 V70 SE.
