Wrong! Correct Answer:
This allows some time to pass before you can conclude that you've been 100% scammed, and thus reduces the propability that you bother doing a return and getting a refund.

My brother swears by the Tornado fuel saving device on his 98 Honda Accord. I've considered one for my brick. What's the scoop on the Tornado?
