i have a squeal like noise which someone suggested may be the power steering belt. Is it easy to tension?

    Does the squealing sound seemd to only happen for a few minutes when the car is cold - that is, when you first start off in the colder weather? If so, it may be the very common air pump problem, and not a belt.
