Several times lately I have gotten a reduced performance message. If I turn the car off and start it, the message disappears. How do I fix the car where I don't get the message? This T5 has 87000 miles. Interestingly, when the message comes on it turns off the cruise control.

    You can fix it by replacing the throttle body...sorry.

        You are looking at an easy 250-500 bucks. Contact me at runabout4fun@yahoo.com. I have seen a few of these in various places, and I will link you to them. If you get a used one, they need to be programmed at the dealer to work with your car, so dealer would have to install it.
