horn is sounding sick

Lately my horn sounds like it is dying. Not sure what is wrong and I haven't checked into why it is acting that way. Any suggestions?

    I think the other guy ment in-expensice, however I disagree, you can get a horn at any auto store cheep 5-15$. It does not need to be a volvo part.
