keeping a 2001 S-60 S60

is the newer volvo forth keeping. i love the older volvo and i have afew of them, i have that i have come to dislike the new volvos, my question is? is the S-60 a true volvo? is it worth keeping?thanks,kim

Volvo S60 and XC90 are the last true volvo vehicles before Ford started to decide whats best for Volvo Cars.
S60 is a rather good car, reliable ansd safe.

The only thing about a 2001 S60 is the computer is much more advanced in the 2002 S60. My friend has a 2001 and complains of lag in the throttle. The 2002 have a much faster computer and very little lag.
