95 Turbo Wont Start!! 850

Yesterday I was driving home from the office and met some people for dinner and when I went outside my car wouldn't start. I went back today and tried to crank it and it just turns and turns and turns but doesn't crank. I'm so confused and angry at this thing. anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps a quick fix, enough to get it home so I can fix it without having to pay to tow it.

I searched and read about the camshaft position sensor or a fuel pump or relay. Any way to bypass the relay like on the 200s so I can see if it's the problem? Where is the pump at and should I be able to hear it when I turn my key? I gotta trouble shoot this but I gotta get the car outta there before they tow it off. Blah..

Fuel pump is in the tank, it should run for about 5 seconds when you turn the key to Pos II.
If the pump does not run try tapping the relay, it's No 103 you will need to remove the cover from the fuse box in the engine comapartment to find it.

    Start with the basic.

    Is battery old.

Mine did this and turned out to be a weak battery.

A wek battery (at cranking the Voltage is below 9.5) will trun the starter motor but will NOT turn the ECU on.
Try jumping the battery and let us know.
