wax on xc70 plastic trim V70-XC70

what can i use to get wax off of my xc70 plastic trim? tried simple green and the scrub side of a sponge but did not work.

    I use Mother's "Back to Black". It takes a good soaking of this product the 1st time you use than subsequent treatments take far less product. I not sure if removes wax or makes it disappear but it really works great on my 99 XC and my 97 saab 900SET. I put the link to the stuff below

    Try a vinyl conditioner called Lexol, I used this to remove wax and as well it conditions the vinyl parts on your vehicle. You can get it at Outfitter stores i.e REI etc.

    I use SEM Plastic Prep. It's an aerosol designed to clean plastic of wax and grease prior to painting.

    Try the Zymol wax. It doesn't leave the white residual and I believe it will remove it. Zymol is really easy to apply but doesn't last that long. This is normally a very expensive wax but you can find good prices at Costco and Pep Boys.
