Windshield Washer Squirts Poorly

The driver's side washer jet on the hood seems to be plugged or damaged, since it does not squirt as well as the passenger side. I've tried unplugging or adjusting it, put the hole is tiny and there seems to be little play. Can these little plastic pieces be replaced easily?

    Yes, they can, if you want to take off the insulation under the hood. Why not try a small safety pin to unclog and reposition the nozzles first?
