I own a 1999 s80 non-turbo. I love the car. Yesterday after driving about 40 miles we got out of the car and 3 hours later when we came out our engine cooling fan was still runnig. It had drained our battery. We had to jump start it and after driving another 40 miles back home, it still would not turn off. We did run the a/c via the climate control and the engine temperature was fine and we did not have any messages. We still cannot get the fan to turn off except to disconnect the battery. From reading other messages I have determined that it is either the thermostat, or the sensor, or the relay. The biggest problem we have is we cannot even find the thermostat, or the sensor, or the relay in the car to test it, or replace it. Can anyone make a suggestion on what the true problem may be, and most importantly tell me where the thermostat, sensor, and the relay are at!!!!
If you know of a website that will show a diagram of the 1999 s80 non-turbo that would also ge great!
Thanks
