How bad ($) is a 120,000 mile check 850 1997

I am taking my 97 855GLT to the dealer for 120K check. Is this a serious check and a big bucks one too?

Look at the owners manual 60K service, which is what's needed at 120K miles.

You could do a lot of the service yourself and save big bucks $$$$, OR you are going to pay dearly to have the dealer do it all for you.

I charge about 325 for it and that includes a 30k plus fuel filter, trans service, and flame trap service. Since the white engines did away with the valve adjust there is not a great deal to a major service on one of them, change the oil, plugs, air filter, check everything else and you are pretty much good to go. Now what the dealer is going to charge you I'm sure will be an entirely different story.
