Brake pedal travel 850 1995

When stopping, the brake pedal travels just a tad without resistance. The pedal never travels to the floor board at anytime. Is this the master cylinder or air in the line.

When was the last time the brake fluid was flushed? I just had mine flushed after 15k on the old fluid, firmed up the pedal nicely.

Rotor wear can also cause more travel..

Could be either. Try the easiest less expensive option first.
Bleed the brake system, if the problem is still there then you may want to look at the master cyl.
