The Water Drain is just below the radio console section. You'll have to coil down by the foremost part of the center pillar and from the passenger side, locate a black 4-5 inch drain pipe just below the White 'Climate control' housing bracket. Its a white plastic box-like device and right beneath it is the drain. You can gently pry it off from the floor although there isnt much clearance. It takes patience working deep down there in general.

You'll see it drip under the middle of the car near the catalynic.
The actual drain in behind the kick plate. You can peel back the carpet and remove the plastic guard. You'll see a hose. You can lift off the hose for debris removal.
