XC repair manual V70-XC70 1999

Does anyone know if a repair manual for a 1999 xc is yet available and where I might get one?

I'm new to my '98 V70 XC, but my prevous car was an 1989 760 Turbo wagon. I used several repair manuals: Haynes, Chilton and actual Volvo service manuals.
