Oil pooling on top of head EVEN after replacing the oil cover gasket 850

replaced the oil cap gasket with a new one twice thinking that something may have been wrong with the first new one. Where else can the oil be coming from, this is a newly factory rebuilt engine. Where do those hole open to on the top of the head? Thanks, phil

seem to have solved the problem by installing two new rubber gaskets on the cap. wall-ah no more pooling so far.

Take the black plastic cover off and look for oil.

Remember on Volvo PVC does not exist - you have a flame trap to check instead!

Check your pcv...rebuilt, new, old...no matter...this is classic pcv.

I didn't think that the turbo had a PCV valve. Mine has oil pooling problems as well
