Specification Question 850 1995

I'm looking at a '95 854 GLT, and was wondering how I can tell if it has a "sport" suspension package. I did some online "research", which leads me to believe that there was such an option, and that it may be a part of a package with the rear wing, chin spoiler, and fog lights. The car I'm thinking of purchasing has all of these, along with all sorts of other options I don't need.

It certainly won't affect my decision to buy the car or not, but I was wondering just the same.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Will R.

Specification Question 850 1995

Would need to know the vin to verify what options it is equipped with. GLT is just a trim package. Hidden deep in the chassis code is where we'll find which springs, shocks, and anti-roll bars it came with, and then we can look those up and see if they are the beefier ones.

Specification Question 850 1995

My 854 turbo has sport suspension but no spoiler, no fog lights, etc. That's just springs and shocks, stiff and stiffer.

Is it the stiffest platform you have ever driven with a real hard ride and virtually no body roll in turns? You have a sports suspension. The standard ride has some body roll in corners.
