noise coming out ... S70

I changed my tires recently at tires plus since the old ones had to go. After the mechanics replaced them a strange noise started coming out of my passenger front wheel when turning left at the speed of 20 mph and up. I thought it could be rubber rubbing of plastic, but the noise sounds more like metal of metal, I can feel it with my feet on the car floor. Any ideas what it could be? Thank you.

is probably SHOT! How many miles? Just did my drivers side at 95K. If you do it yourself, $150 in parts and you will need an airimpact gun. Dealer..about $300!
