Not enought Power. Help S80

I have a 1999 Volvo s80 T6. I bought it about half a year ago. This car was damaged. I fixed the car but it seems like it dosent have enough power. I changed the module under the manifold. I heard that this can cause the problem, so i took it to the dealer to be reprogramed. They reprogramed it but it didnt do much. Can it be that its been sitting around a while thats why? Any comments? Thank You

Dealer..... S80

Did you or the dealer diagnose an ETM? If you, why not let the dealer diagnose your lack of power problem rather than guess?
An experienced Volvo dealer tech should be able to diagnose the problem. They also have the Vadis PC which might find codes related.
