I just replaced my Pirelli P6's, got 50,000 miles out of them
which seems much better than the ~ 35-40K I got on my 850 Turbo wagon Michelins it came with.

Paid about $650 for new set of 4 with road hazard, rotation every 5K miles
(Tire Kingdom). Seemed pretty close to Tirerak so just did the easy route.
(Sams club couldn't/wouldn't order them for me)

Curious as to what mileage other get with these (and other tires). I do about 90% plus easy highway mileage.

Slightly different model, but, on my '855T, I am just about to replace a third P8000 in less than 5000 mi. due to bubbles (bulges really) in the sidewalls. First two were under warranty, but that was for last owner. I assume they won't honor it for me, even though the NTW shop missed seeing this third failure last January when they replaced two :-( Actually, PO said that he had already replaced one of the just failed ones previously for same issue, after only a thousand miles or so. Anyway, doesn't give me good feelings for new Pirelli's. We did get over 50k mi. from the original Continental's on our '98 XC (with some rotations) and replaced those with Michelin Pilot XGT H4's that did a lot for the handling, and have only nominal wear after 20k.

I assume that these are similar to my Pirelli P6000s?

I got 90,000Km out of my front ones- they were worn right on the outer edges and this is probably due to corenering too aggressively. The major part of the tread was still legal.

The rear ones are still going and I am estimating another 15,000Km.

They have not been rotated.
