leaking coolant at overflow cap...? V70-XC70

I noticed that I am leaking coolant at the overflow tank cap (which is the green cap, if that matters). There seems to be a fair amount of pressure in the overflow tank; which is unlike any other car I've seen, as I've always assumed that the overflow tank is completely unpressurized. Is this normal?

The car does not overheat, although eventually after a week, the low-coolant light comes on and I put in a pint of coolant.

In the past few months, I've had both the radiator replaced (due to a leak), and the thermostat (not working, i.e. top rad hose was never rigid/full when hot).

Any ideas on what to do next? Two different service stations are clueless, so my next stop will be the dealership.

Thanks (in advance) for any help.

On my 850, in 4 years I replaced the overflow tank cap 4 times. Got so I kept a spare in my glove box. Guess they didn't fix the problem with the V70's. The dealer wants something like $16 for the cap but I've heard that AutoZone carries the replacement too for far less.

I JUST REPLACED ALL MY COOLANT HOSES AND THERMOSTAT. THERE IS NO OVERFLOW TANK ON THIS SYSTEM. THERE IS THE EXPANTION TANK. AND I'M SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU MEAN. I HAD A VW THAT THE EXP TANK SPLIT ON ONE OF THE SEAMS. TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIND IT. ALSO HAVE YOU REPLACED THE CAP? COULD BE CRACKED OR JUST OLD. GOOD LUCK POST WHAT YOU FIND
