Throttle problem S80 2000

Currently my 2000 S80 T6 is showing following error codes:

0103 - Mass or Volume Circuit High Input
0118 - Engine Coolant Temp. Circuit High Input
0120 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Malfunction
0123 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A High Input
0124 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch Intermittent
0134 - O2 Sensor No Activity Detected ( Bank1 Sensor1)
0154 - O2 Sensor No Activity Detected ( Bank2 Sensor1)
0228 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch C High Input
0236 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Range/Performance
0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit High
0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input

All these codes were due to "Mass or Volume Circuit High Input".
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem ?
My dealer told me to change all the sensors which will cost me $3,700
Any information would be appreciated.

    You will see from my posts (links below) that this happens or will happen to just about every '99 - '01 Volvo with this defective throttle control module. I have heard that having it cleaned can help put off the inevitable, but it is going to fail.

    Besides the codes, what symptoms does the car show?

    Those aren't Volvos codes from a Vadis PC SO I'd be suspicious of those generic codes and highly doubt that you really need all those sensors. You're being hosed.

    Go to a Volvo dealer so that they can hook up the Vadis PC. Even if you do need a new ETM, only a Volvo dealer can download software into the new part. Without SW, the car won't run.

      I did go to volvo dealer and they gave me a list of sensor that I have to change. Very unhelpful. Does it make sense to get a used ECM and ask dealer to upgrade/download/correct software for me?

    you only need to clean the throttle valve and that will solve the problem. at most you need to re-initialize it.

      I think so. Before everything falling apart, I was having very serious saging/slacking. I think it was due to Air Mass Meter or/and throttle.
