Fuel light game 850

Forgot my wallet today and was in rural area. What is the longest amount of km you have "gambled" in order to get home etc. Drove 41km with fuel light on. My heart was racing. Has anyone run out of gas? What is the max km one can obtain at 100-100km/hr AC off etc.

    One the light comes on, at around 100km/h you should have 80 - 100km left. Most i've gone is about 80km, but once had the distance to empty reading 10km and had to drive 8km.

    My trip computer usually reads about 55 miles until empty when the light comes on.

      I ran out once with 20 miles left on my trip computer,on level terrain.
