Seats V70 into 850 wagon, fit? 850 1995

Just purchased 1995 850 wagon, very happy with it. 1 problem, prior owners had dogs and it has cloth seats. Would like to change seats out and have found nice leather set from a V70 wagon on ebay. Does anyone know if they will fit? and also if my wagon has manual drivers seat is the wiring harness there or would I need to get that also?

thanks, jtg

Front seats will fit, not sure about rear, but probably so. If the V70 is a 1998, the side airbags are self contained and will be functional. If a later model, the bags are part of a central system and will not work. I doubt that the wiring is there for the seat power, but it's easy to add since all controls are on the seat- you just need power and ground. The factory setup is fed by circuit breaker rather than a fuse. I'm not sure of the size, but would guess 30A. If the new seats are heated, that requires a seperate power feed from a 25A fuse.

    Good luck,
