CEL on: Need Diagnostic HELP V70-XC70 1999

After using Gunk and a hose to clean my engine (never Again!), the CEL light came on and I got the following codes P0445, P0448, P0245 and P1655. What I have found so far is a blown fuse in the circuit supplying power to the Turbo control valve solenoid and the Evap. system purge valve. This explains codes P0445 and P0245. I've checked the solenoids and wiring and they are both OK. I replaced the fuse and took a test drive, the CEL came on again and the fuse blew a second time. I'm trying to find out what else is in the same circuit as the solenoids I've already checked and what is code P1655? I can't find a deccription for this code anywhere. I would appreciate hearing from anyone with a '99 wiring diagram or other knowledge which would be useful for solving this problem. Thanks in advance for your help!

ALLDATAdiy shows code P1655 / ECM-6440 as a fault in the signal cable to the camshaft reset valve. Check for shorts in the supply voltage in the signal cable, or ground faults. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info. I checked the cam reset solenoid and it works OK. It is in the same circuit as the Turbo vacuum valve and the EVAP valve so I now know all the codes are being caused by the same problem. Fuse 11B/5 is the one that keeps blowing out. There is either another (defective?)component in the circuit that I don't know about or a short in the supply wire from the fuse. This thing is driving me nuts but I don't want to surrender yet. What I really need is the wiring diagram, but it appears that this is more difficult to come by than nuclear weapons technology! I appreciate your help, at least I now have one more piece of the puzzle.
Thanks,
Mike
