Impossible to remove the front O2 sensor 850

Like the subject:

Impossible to remove the "G*d@mn" front O2 sensor.... even with WD40
and an extra long 22mm wrench that I bought specially for that purpose.

Any tips? because they'll more than welcome!

Thanks all

By the way, almost every local parts store sells PB Blaster...

Second the motion on PB Blaster. FAR, Far better than WD40. I had front brake rotors that refused to come loose until I found out about PB Blaster....

Sorry to hear things aren't going well with the o2 sensor removal. I used a rubber hammer to bang on the wrench and it finally gave using lots of WD40 and letting it sit a while. I kinda like the pipe wrench idea though....

Please let us know if you get the thing off!

Impossible to remove the front O2 sensor 850 1994

I had to use a pipe wrench to get mine out after stripping it. Not a little one either- like an 18" long monkey wrench. With the extra leverage it came right out.

Try a sharp hammer blow to the wrench at the sensor nut while applying force to the wrench.

Try some PBlaster instead of WD40. The stuff just penetrates better. Let it soak awhile and as other suggest hit the wrench a few good whops with a hammer. Make sure to put some antiseize ( gray colored goop) on the new one if it isn't there already.

Don't get any antiseize on the tip of the oxygen sensor or you may be buying another one.
