Fog lamp relay? 850 1997

i am trying to install fog lamps on my '97 850 and i can't figure out which socket is the supposed to be for the fog lamps. by reading other posts on here it sounds like it is next to impossible to reach, but what color and what location is it at? is it along with all the other relays mounted on the firewall or is it somewhere else. i think i have everything else figured out except this...i suppose i should have made this step one...

    It is on the firewall with the other relays, it's a 1x1 black relay I think it has a "J" on it. I'm not 100% on this but I think it's the top right relay.
