2003 XC70 drive train V70-XC70

I just purchased 2003 xc70 and thought it had the same engine and drive train as the 2004. Was I wrong?

    You have the same drive line as the 2004, the "active on demand" system, electronic control. The rear coupler is kind of like a small transmission with hydraulic pump, clutch disc packs and a module to control everything.
