I have problem starting my 1998 s70 non-turbo today. The car need to be towed to the dealership for repair. The servise advisor said there is problem at the cis valve. What's the function of the cis valve? It is usual that need to be replaced at 100,000 km?

Never heard of it. Any idea what does "CIS" stand for?
