AutoZone Code reader says "The PCM has determined that the voltage signal from camshaft "B" position sensor in bank 1 indicates inadequate performance or a timing over advanced condition. Bank 1 identiifies the location of cylinder #1 while bank 2 identifies the cylinders on the opposite bank.
The code is shown as P0014.
Translation, suggestions, please??

That "P" code is for the CVVT Solenoid. (Constant Varriable Valve Timing solenoid)The solenoid is located under the black plastic cover where your spark plugs are. The solenoid is on the intake cam passenger side on your engine. Numerous things can cause a code for that to set. Dirty oil, bad oil pressure, a bad solenoid etc.

It may be a faulty sensor or the timing has jumped a tooth on the drive belt.
Try taking off the top timing belt cover 2 bolts and pull the top outer cover off.
you can then have a look at the belt and if it is slack(it should be tight) then don't run the engine and get a new one on or the tensioner may be playing up if the belt is'nt due to be changed.
If it has started jumping teeth then you are very close to wrecking the engine top half.
