Service & Gas lights flash, head lights go dim, intermittently during idle & high speed 850

Hi everyone,

I noticed this problem few times 6 months ago but recently more often. I noticed other warning lights go on very dim (noticeable during night), besides the Service & Gas lights.

The car runs good. The head lights going dim when those two lights flash is causing me to react.

I have error codes related to Air Bag (B5), Heating/AC (B1. However, Heating/AC works, original evaporator) and ABS (A3. However, ABS works) for the last two or four years, not related to my current problem.

Only thing I can think of is that I leave the car running for 10 to 20 minutes (below 70 deg F weather) during short outing to minimize wear and tear on all electrical components during start up (rush flow current issue).

I disconnected the battery and read 12.6 volts (I have this car for 4 years and do not know when the previous owner replaced it), cleaned the contacts. I checked the continuity of two engine-to-chassis ground wires, they are good.

For the last one month it is 20 deg F or bellow (Ohio, USA).

I will appreciate any suggestions.
